By using our website and services, you're agreeing to these terms. Think of it like signing up for a book club - there are some ground rules to keep everyone happy!

The Basics

1. Account Registration
  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase
  • Keep your account info accurate and up-to-date
  • Your password is your responsibility (make it stronger than your book boyfriend!)
  • One person, one account - no sharing!
2. Product Information
  • All product descriptions aim to be accurate
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • All merchandise is print-on-demand and customized
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
3. Ordering & Payment
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order
  • Prices are in USD/CAD as marked
  • Payment is required at time of order
  • We use secure third-party payment processors
4. Intellectual Property
  • All content on this site is protected by copyright
  • Our designs, logos, and content belong to us
  • You can't use our stuff without permission (sharing posts is okay, stealing designs isn't!)
  • Fan art guidelines are available separately
5. User Content
  • If you post comments or reviews, keep it clean
  • Don't post anything harmful, offensive, or illegal
  • We can remove any content at our discretion
  • We might share your reviews (with credit, of course!)
6. Print-on-Demand Products
  • All items are custom made per order
  • No returns or exchanges (as stated in our Returns Policy)
  • Production times vary by product
  • Quality issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
7. Shipping
  • Shipping rates are as listed at time of purchase
  • Delivery times are estimates only
  • You're responsible for providing correct shipping info
  • International customers are responsible for duties/taxes
8. Limitations of Liability
  • We're not responsible for:
    • Delays beyond our control
    • Issues with third-party services
    • Your computer problems
    • Acts of God (or acts of book boyfriends)
9. Changes to Terms
  • We can update these terms anytime
  • Continued use means you accept any changes
  • Major changes will be announced
  • Check back occasionally for updates
10. Prohibited Activities

Don't:

  • Hack our site
  • Share account access
  • Use bots or automated systems
  • Resell our products
  • Copy our designs
  • Be mean to our team (they're awesome!)
11. Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in fraud
  • Are abusive to staff or other customers
  • Haven't been used in forever
12. Governing Law
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein
  • Any disputes will be handled in Ontario, Canada
