Returns Policy

(Because sometimes things don't work out like a romance novel...)

Look, we're going to be super honest with you - just like that best friend who tells you when you've got spinach in your teeth. Since all our merch is made specially for YOU (we're talking custom-printed, one-of-a-kind pieces), we can't accept returns. It's kind of like trying to return a personalized love letter - it just doesn't work!

But What If Something's Wrong?

If your item arrives looking like it lost a fight with a zamboni (damaged) or the printing isn't quite right, here's what to do:

1. Take clear photos of the issue
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. Include your order number and a description of the problem

We'll review your case faster than a hockey player can hit the penalty box!

What's Covered?

* Printing defects
* Damaged items on arrival
* Wrong items shipped
* Missing items from your order

What's Not Covered?

* "I changed my mind" scenarios
* Incorrect sizes (check that size chart like you're checking your crush's Instagram!)
* Orders cancelled after production has begun
* Items damaged after delivery

Prevention Is Better Than Cure

To avoid any sad faces, please:
* Double-check your shipping address
* Review your order details carefully
* Verify sizes using our size chart
* Make sure you really, really want it!
